Masten Enterprises proudly serves Sullivan, Ulster, and Orange counties with construction and paving for DOT, municipal and commercial projects through our Sullivan County Paving & Construction division.
In addition, we operate three materials divisions:
JML Quarries, our Masten Lake-based division dedicated to supplying the area with high-quality aggregate.
Sullivan Concrete operates two DOT-approved ready-mix concrete plants, and a state of-the-art pump truck.
Morlyn Asphalt Our batch plant operation produces top-quality DOT approved asphalt mixes including Superpave and FAA mixes.
